All session organizers must submit proposals online through the abstract management system. Mailed, e-mailed, or faxed proposals will not be accepted or acknowledged. A separate online proposal form must be completed for each proposed session. The deadline for proposals is 2 July 2018, 5:00 pm, U.S. eastern time. The software system will not allow new entries or changes to entries after the deadline date and time. Proposals are reviewed by TESOL members who are trained reviewers from the setting, context, and strands designated on the proposal.
